At Smoke21, we want you to love every piece you order. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please reach out as soon as possible at support@smoke21.com.

Once an order has been processed for shipment, it can no longer be canceled.

Defective, Faulty, or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Include photos or a short video clearly showing the issue.

3. Our team may suggest quick troubleshooting steps to confirm the problem.

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or another appropriate resolution right away.

Change-of-Mind or Customer Error Returns

Because of the nature of our products, not all items are eligible for return.

If a return is approved:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• Restocking fees may apply.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

All approved returns must be sent back using tracked and insured shipping within the stated window.

Reporting Issues

Please report any product or delivery issue within 2 business days (48 hours) of receipt so we can assist promptly.
